About the position

Would you like to play a key role in an innovative and growing Dutch company with more than 40 years of international experience in the metal sector? The Innovative Heating Solutions Group (IHS), consisting of Lewo, ThermoCet and Home Fire, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Category Manager.

You bring strategy and execution together to get the most out of your category. We offer you the opportunity to shape a new position within our company.

What will you do?

• The complete procurement process of your product range
• Creating strategies and objectives for your product group, including in-depth analysis.
• Improving and innovating products based on market trends and innovations.
• Implementing new concepts and improvements.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market and consumer research.
• Working closely with sales and marketing & communications colleague.

What do we offer?

• Challenging full-time job: A position for 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No evening or weekend shifts!
• Immediate permanent contract: Immediate security with an indefinite contract.
• Good salary: Depending on your experience, you will earn between €2,500 and €4,500 gross per month (at 38 hours), according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal & Engineering.
• Lots of days off: 25 vacation days as well as 13 ADV days per year (on a full-time basis), giving you plenty of time to relax and recharge.

What do we ask?

• Minimum college level of work and thinking, preferably in commercial economics, business administration or business economics.
• Relevant work experience in procurement/category management or you are an ambitious starter.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• An entrepreneurial spirit and an analytical mind with a creative twist.
• A customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written.
• A healthy dose of humor and enthusiasm.
• You live in the Woudenberg area (radius 30 km).

Innovative Heating Solutions Group (IHS) is a Dutch company with over 40 years of international experience in (ambient) heating and related products. IHS Group consists of Lewo, ThermoCet and Home Fire.

As a manufacturer and distributor, we offer a wide range of mostly innovative products in the field of ambient fireplaces, flue, installation and accessories. From development to production for our own brands Holetherm flue systems, DHK installation materials and accessories and Trimline Fire ambient heaters for indoor and outdoor use. We also produce customer specific products.
