For the Production department we are looking for a new driven colleague. As a production employee you are an important link within our company.

About the position

Are you a real doer with technical insight, two right hands and a passion for metalworking? Then we have a place for you! As a production employee at LEWO, you work with machines and your hands on our high-quality products. You ensure that everything that leaves the shop floor meets our quality requirements and you can be proud of that.

What will you do?

  • Produce parts according to technical drawings and instructions.
  • Perform welding, cutting and assembly work.
  • Operate, set and maintain machinery and tools.
  • Checking materials and measuring own work.
  • Reporting malfunctions and deviations in the process.
  • Apply safety, quality and work regulations.
  • Actively contribute to a neat, safe and well-organized workplace.

What do we offer?

  • A full-time position (38 hours per week) Monday through Friday (7:30 am - 4:15 pm).
  • Competitive salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal & Engineering.

What do we ask?

  • An MBO work and thinking level with a completed technical education.
  • Experience in metal or engineering is a plus.
  • You can read and apply technical drawings and work instructions well.
  • You master the Dutch language, or at least the English language.
  • You work independently, accurately and tackle things actively.
  • You are an engaged team player with a sense of responsibility.
