About the position

Are you technically skilled, do you have an eye for quality and do you want to work with modern production machines? Then we have your next challenge! As a technical operator at LEWO you are responsible for a smooth running production process. You operate and maintain machines, work according to schedule and actively think about improvements. A varied role within a close-knit team, with plenty of room to grow.

What will you do?

Operate, adjust and convert production machines.
Working with an ERP system for production orders and outage recording.
Identify, report and where possible fix malfunctions.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
Ensure timely supply of materials and process support.
Record production data and help think about improvements.
Work according to schedule, quality standards (ISO 9001) and safety regulations.

What do we offer?

A full-time position (38 hours per week) Monday through Friday (7:30 am - 4:15 pm).
Competitive salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal & Engineering.

What do we ask?

A completed MBO education, preferably supplemented by HBO working and thinking level.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English.
You work accurately, are independent and think in solutions.
