For the Production department we are looking for a new driven colleague. As a production employee you are an important link within our company.

About the position

Are you a real doer with technical insight, two right hands and a passion for metalworking? Then we have a place for you! As a production employee at LEWO, you work with machines and your hands on our high-quality products. You ensure that everything that leaves the shop floor meets our quality requirements and you can be proud of that.

What will you do?

Produce parts according to technical drawings and instructions.
Perform welding, cutting and assembly work.
Operate, set and maintain machinery and tools.
Checking materials and measuring own work.
Reporting malfunctions and deviations in the process.
Apply safety, quality and work regulations.
Actively contribute to a neat, safe and well-organized workplace.

What do we offer?

A full-time position (38 hours per week) Monday through Friday (7:30 am - 4:15 pm).
Competitive salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Metal & Engineering.
Lots of days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year (on a full-time basis).

What do we ask?

An MBO work and thinking level with a completed technical education.
Experience in metal or engineering is a plus.
You can read and apply technical drawings and work instructions well.
You master the Dutch language, or at least the English language.
You work independently, accurately and tackle things actively.
You are an engaged team player with a sense of responsibility.
