About the position

As a PLAVO production worker at Lewo B.V., you will be responsible for the production of high-quality flue products. You will have the opportunity to learn a craft and eventually run the forcing department independently.

What will you do?

Be responsible for producing specialty products with high quality standards.
Ensure orders are ready on time and correctly.
Work according to established quality, safety and environmental standards.
Working closely with colleagues within production and team leaders.
Independently make decisions and eventually lead own team.

What do we offer?

Full-time position (38 hours per week) Monday through Friday (7:30 am - 4:15 pm). A 4-day work week is negotiable.
Long-term partnership: immediate prospect of an open-ended contract.
Good salary between €2,500 and €4,250 gross per month (based on 38 hours, excluding 8% vacation pay and any travel expenses).
Lots of days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year (on a full-time basis).

What do we ask?

Affinity for metalworking and preferably a relevant education.
Experience or knowledge in metalworking is a big plus.
Solution- and development-oriented mindset.
Curiosity to master this craft.
Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
