About the position

Are you a structured and proactive professional with a passion for numbers and process optimization? Then this role is made for you! As Head of Administration at the IHS Group you are responsible for a balanced financial administration as well as managing a small team. You will work closely with management and other departments and make an important contribution to the financial steering of the organization.

What will you do?

Managing and executing the financial administration (general ledger, purchase/sales entries, bank/cash, debtors and creditors).
Lead the administration team and supervise one colleague.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and perform cost analysis.
Handling VAT, CPI and CBS returns.
Prepare financial statement file and assist in year-end closing.
Optimize administrative processes and identify automation opportunities.
Contribute to financial projects, such as cost calculations and ERP improvements.

What do we offer?

Stable and responsible position: 32 hours per week.
Good salary: market-based, depending on experience and education (according to Collective Labor Agreement Metal & Engineering).
Ability to work from home: by arrangement.
Lots of days off: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days per year (on a full-time basis).
Pension well taken care of: through PMT.

What do we ask?

MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Experience with ERP systems and good knowledge of Excel.
Independent, accurate and hands-on.
Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
Affinity for process optimization and automation.
