Which personal data do we process?

We may process personal data when you visit our website, contact us, complete a form, are a customer or supplier, or when you provide personal data to us yourself. We may process, among other things, the following personal data:

  • Personal data required for quotations, orders, deliveries, service or invoicing

Why do we process personal data?

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Preparing and carrying out quotations, orders, deliveries, service requests and appointments

How long do we retain personal data?

We do not retain personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to retain data for longer.

In broad terms, we apply the following principles:

  • We retain contact enquiries for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and enable any follow-up communication;
  • We retain customer, order and invoice data for as long as necessary for the performance of the agreement and in accordance with statutory administrative retention periods;
  • We retain data for newsletters until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent;
  • Cookie and website data are retained in accordance with the periods stated in our cookie settings or cookie statement.

Do we share personal data with third parties?

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share personal data where this is necessary for our services, the performance of an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. This may include sharing personal data with:

  • IT and hosting providers;
  • Website and form providers;
  • Administrative or accounting service providers;
  • Transport and logistics partners;
  • Payment or invoicing partners;
  • Marketing and email service providers, such as Spotler;
  • Analytics providers, such as Google Analytics;
  • Government authorities where we are legally required to do so.

We make arrangements with parties that process personal data on our behalf to ensure that your personal data is properly protected.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

For our marketing communications, we use Spotler. Spotler processes personal data, such as email addresses and data relating to newsletter engagement, for the purpose of sending and analysing newsletters and marketing communications.

In addition, we use Google Analytics to gain insight into the use of our website and to improve our website and services. In this context, technical data, device data, IP addresses and data about website use may be processed, and we request consent for this on our website.

It is possible that personal data may be processed in, or transferred to, countries outside the European Economic Area through these services. Where this occurs, we ensure that there is a valid legal basis for doing so and that appropriate safeguards are applied, such as contractual arrangements, standard contractual clauses or other measures required under the GDPR.
