In this position you are responsible for our realized production, machinery and production employees within Lewo B.V. You fall directly under the management.

What will you do?

• Ensure timely and customer-oriented production.
• Directly manage team leaders, production staff and technical department.
• Ensuring control and oversight in the workplace.
• Proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Work with management to make decisions on improvements in the production process.
• Advise HR on hiring and assessment of production employees.
• Maintain contacts with suppliers and maintenance partners.
• Working closely with the sales manager, logistics manager and business office.
• When necessary, hands-on support in production.

What do we offer?

• Challenging full-time job: A position for 38 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 4:15 pm. No evening or weekend shifts!
• Permanent contract from day one: Immediate security with an open-ended contract.
• Good salary: Depending on your experience, you will earn between €4,000 and €5,500 gross per month (at 38 hours), according to the Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal & Engineering Industry.
• Lots of days off: 25 vacation days as well as 13 ADV days per year (on a full-time basis), giving you plenty of time to relax and recharge.

What do we ask?

• At least a completed MBO-4 education, preferably in a technical field.
• Leadership experience and understanding of process improvement.
• A solution-oriented and precise way of working.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Open attitude, good communication skills and a healthy dose of humor.
• Good command of Dutch and English, German is a plus.
